Thomas Farms Dumpsite

The dumpsite is located at 7849 Dayton Pike, Hixson, TN. The entrance is across the street from our main company office.

The dumpsite is open regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Please not we cannot operate under inclement weather or if it has recently rained. Please contact our office to see if we are open that day.

We accept dirt, concrete, asphalt, silt, sludge, brush, and some other materials. We also sell fill dirt and top soil. If you have questions about specific materials not listed here, please contact us.

Our prices are based on truck size and are dependent upon the type of material being unloaded. We charge $30-$60 for loads of dirt and $45-$100 for loads of concrete and asphalt, depending on the size of the vehicle and other factors.* Fill dirt and top soil cost from $35-$450 per load depending on the quality and size of load.

We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. Please note that we may add up to a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. 

We offer multiple options for payment: 

1. You may bring cash or check to pay at the time of service.

2. Contact our office to set up a billing account with us (you will be invoiced weekly). Payment terms are net 30. Please contact us at 423-842-6233 or info@tbccinc.net to set up a billing account.

Yes, we charge Tennessee state sales tax (9.25%) on all loads of top soil and fill dirt purchased. We do not charge sales tax on materials unloaded. If your company is tax exempt, please let our office know before billing as we will need a copy of your tax exempt form.
