Thomas Farms Dumpsite

The dumpsite is located on Dayton Pike, across the street from the main Thomas Brothers Construction Company office (7849 Dayton Pike, Hixson, TN).

We accept dirt, concrete, asphalt, concrete and steel mix, silt sludge, and some other materials. If you have questions about specific materials, please contact our office.

The dumpsite is typically open Monday through Friday, but it cannot operate under inclement weather or if it has recently rained. Please contact our office to see if we are open that day.

Before you or your company can take loads to the dumpsite, you will need to set up a billing account with us. To do so, please call the office at (423) 842-6233 or email info@tbccinc.net. 

We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. Please note that we add up to a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions.

Our payment terms are net 30. Billing is done weekly, and we can email or mail your invoices.

Yes, we charge Tennessee state sales tax (9.25%) on all loads of top soil and fill dirt purchased. If your company is tax exempt, please let our office know before billing as we will need a copy of your tax exempt form.
