Thomas Farms Dumpsite

The dumpsite is located on Dayton Pike, across the street from the main Thomas Brothers Construction Company office (7849 Dayton Pike, Hixson, TN).

We accept dirt, concrete, asphalt, concrete and steel mix, silt, sludge, brush, concrete blocks, and some other materials. We also sell fill dirt and top soil. If you have questions about specific materials not listed here, please contact our office.

The dumpsite is typically open Monday through Friday, but it cannot operate under inclement weather or if it has recently rained. Please contact our office to see if we are open that day.

Our prices are based on truck size and are dependent upon the type of material being unloaded. Typically, we charge $20-$60 for loads of dirt and $35-$100 for loads of concrete and asphalt, depending on the size of the vehicle and other factors.* Fill dirt and top soil cost from $25-$375 per load depending on the quality and size of load.

You have 2 options for payment: 

1. You may bring cash or a check to the dumpsite or to our office to pay at the time of service.

2. Set up a billing account with us (you will be invoiced weekly).

If you choose to be invoiced or would like us to keep your credit card on file to charge, please contact our office to set up a billing account with us. To do so, call our office at (423) 842-6233 or email info@tbccinc.net.

We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. Please note that we add up to a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions.

Our payment terms are net 30 for invoices. We can email or mail your invoices. For credit cards kept on file, we will charge those on the day after service unless otherwise requested.

Yes, we charge Tennessee state sales tax (9.25%) on all loads of top soil and fill dirt purchased. We do not charge sales tax on materials unloaded. If your company is tax exempt, please let our office know before billing as we will need a copy of your tax exempt form.
